  • Registration fees for regular and student include: access to the conference & lectures, conference packet and supplies, electronic version (PDF) of the abstract booklet, printed version of the conference program, coffee breaks, drinks at the poster sessions.

    Registration fees for accompanying persons include: access to the conference building, coffee breaks.

    Accompanying persons have no access to the lectures and do not receive conference material.

  • Cancellation policy

    Before 12 July (Central European Time - C.E.T): full refund of registration fee minus 100€ cancellation charge
    Between 12 July & 12 August (Central European Time - C.E.T): 50% refund of registration fee
    After 12 August 2016 (Central European Time - C.E.T): no refund of registration fee
    Cancellation requests must be sent to Insight Outside either by fax or by email.
